When creating the Lesson Plan, embed and justify strategies for incorporating sustainability in lesson planning, showcasing how environmental and social responsibility can be integrated into learning activities.

You must also develop a Learner Progression Plan (LPP), including tailored advice and resources, outlining strategies to support learners in achieving their educational and career goals. Finally, develop your own Professional Development Plan (PDP) to address subject expertise and sustainability, detailing how you will maintain and enhance your knowledge while incorporating sustainability principles into your teaching.

The following assessment criteria must be addressed through samples of work:

  1. Produce lesson plans which integrate maths and English into your own subject delivery (4.2).
  2. Demonstrate strategies for incorporating sustainability in lesson planning (5.4).
  3. Develop a learner progression plan, including tailored advice and resources (6.3).
