Background
You are a corporate CEO of a global organization and
desire to run an organization of excellence. You feel that your directors and
executives need additional information on the ethical, legal, and social
responsibilities of an organization of excellence and the importance of being
a diverse and inclusive organization.
Submit a slide deck with audio AS A VIDEO file (.mov,
.mp4).
Address your audio presentation to your Executive
Management team.
Be sure to address the following:
- Describe legal
responsibilities that the company has to its community.
Examples include reliability, accountability, and trustworthiness.
- Explain
the additional ethical responsibility that the company
will adopt as part of its values. Examples include beneficence, no
intentional actions that harm, freedom to decide right to refuse, and
social justice. Explain why it is important for the company to go beyond
its legal responsibilities.
- Identify socially
responsible activities in which you are encouraging your
employees to participate in. Examples can include volunteering in the
community, suggestions for corporate policies that benefit the
environment, or charitable giving. Explain the benefits that these
activities offer for your company, benefits to consumers, and the
benefits to surrounding communities.
- Share
the importance of being a diverse and inclusive organization
and how that benefits the organization and its business.
Submit a slide deck with audio AS A VIDEO file (.mov,
.mp4).
You will lose points if presentation is uploaded with
audio files separate on each slide.
Length: 7-10 slides

- Tips for creating and delivering an effective presentation
with multiple lines of information. Add graphics or animations to make your point(s) clear. Remember to be specific.
Length: MOV file with 6-8 slide PowerPoint presentation, with audio narration, excluding title and reference slides.
