Assessment Task:
As an AI Strategy consultant, you are tasked to choose one organisation from the following: Shopify, The Trade Desk, ASOS, Temu and critically evaluate its strategic options considering the external and internal environmental factors. In this task, you are required to address the following:
- Provide an overview of your chosen organisation: identify its missions and vision statements and critically evaluate how its mission and vision statements influence its current strategy.
- Conduct an external (e.g., macro and industry environmental analysis) and internal environmental analysis (e.g., organisational culture, resources, capabilities, and structure) using relevant models.
- Considering the findings derived from the above two sections, critically evaluate the organisation’s strategic options and select the most appropriate one(s).
- Provide recommendations as to how the chosen strategic option(s) can be successfully implemented in your chosen organisation.
