Task Description
Write a 3 to 4-page paper detailing a family health assessment. You must base your analysis on a family unit you interacted with during your recent community clinic placement. I expect you to identify two major environmental or socio-economic risks affecting their overall health. Propose three targeted nursing interventions to mitigate those specific risks. Your proposed interventions should align with the core principles of preventative public health nursing. Support your clinical reasoning with current evidence from peer-reviewed nursing literature.
