BUS30032 Detailed Assignment instructions:

Throughout this unit, your group has operated as a team of consultants, and it is now time to present your implementation plan to the client. Rather than focusing on multiple recommendations, this presentation must provide a detailed execution plan for the most feasible and valuable recommendation from your group’s Recommendation Report. If necessary, you may modify and refine your original recommendation to enhance its feasibility or impact. However, any changes must be clearly justified in your presentation.

Your implementation plan must cover the following key areas:

1. Overview of the Recommendation

  • Briefly restate the selected recommendation, ensuring clarity on its purpose and expected impact.
  • If modifications have been made to improve the recommendation from your previous submission, highlight the changes and explain the rationale behind them.

2. Detailed Implementation Plan

  • Assume the client will begin execution in January 2026.
  • Provide a step-by-step breakdown of the specific activities required to implement the recommendation successfully.
  • Include a clear timeline with key milestones.
  • Assign responsibilities for each task to ensure accountability and clarity.

3. Resource Requirements

  • Identify the human, physical, and financial resources needed for implementation.
  • For financial requirements, provide a detailed estimate of expenses and projected income, supported by assumptions and sources.
  • Workings on resource estimations (e.g., cost breakdowns/calculations, revenue projections, staffing requirements, and sourcing assumptions) should be included in an appendix, which can be part of the main presentation or submitted separately as a Microsoft Word/Excel document.

4. Risk Analysis & Mitigation Strategies

  • Highlight key risks that could affect implementation.
  • Provide practical contingency measures to address these risks proactively.

BUS30032 IMPORTANT:

Submission of Group Work Contribution Table

  • Submission of the Group Work Contribution Table is compulsory for all group assessments.
  • This table serves as evidence of each member’s contributions, ensuring fair workload distribution and accurate grading.
  • The information in the table will be used for group work moderation, as outlined on page 8 of the Unit Outline.
  • Download the Group Work Contribution Table template from the Assignment 2B page on Canvas and submit it as a standalone document along with the final presentation.
  • Clearly outline each member’s contributions as a percentage. Example:
  • A member who fully contributed as per the team charter = 100%.
  • A member who contributed only 50% of the agreed workload should have 50% recorded.
  • A member with 80% contribution should be recorded as 80%
