results with what you thought of how well you demonstrate civility in your
professional practice.
• Include information about why it is important for leaders to always
demonstrate civility.
• Include the results PDF from the testing site in the appendix.

• The paper, as well as the references and appendix, must be formatted per
APA 7th edition formatting requirements.
• The only exception being that you may use first-person voice (I, my,
me), since this is a personal evaluation of your behavior.

• Support your assertions with 3 current (within 5 years), scholarly, peer-
reviewed articles from the literature.
