Required Components:

Create one or more visual intelligence product, such as:  ArcGIS map identifying crime scene location, integrating all spatial, temporal, and network elements A link chart illustrating relationships between suspects, witnesses, and evidence Describe spatial or temporal relationships (e.g., geographic proximity, frequency of incidents, temporal clustering) Interpret what these patterns reveal about offender behavior, opportunity, or investigative leads Briefly note how these tactical insights could be expanded in the future to inform broader intelligence assessment Incorporate at least three scholarly sources focusing on crime analysis, spatial intelligence, or investigative mapping Deliverable:

ArcGIS Storymap 3-5 page analytical intelligence brief with at least one visual product (map or link chart) This submission becomes Sections 3-4: Spatial and Network Analysis  of the Strategic Intelligence Portfolio, where it will later be expanded  to include organizational and policy-level interpretation
