Collaborating Team and Coach Assignment Instructions
Overview
The doctoral candidate will write a section of chapter one of the Dissertation-in-Praxis Proposal. The submission must be in Word format and follow the outline below, including all required document sections. This Supervising Professor over this course will offer comments on the submitted document using the Word “Review” feature and provide a grade for this document submission.
Instructions
This section of chapter one must be 3-5 pages (750-1250 words) and follow current APA style requirements and any Program Handbook exceptions to those style requirements. This a first draft and will be re-submitted again, later in the course, as part of the first chapter of the Dissertation-in-Praxis Proposal Document. You must include all of the following content in your document. Please follow the heading structure provided.

Organizational Leadership and Collaborative Team
(This section will describe the leadership of the organization. Describe how the organization is led and the key leadership positions that exist. Provide a description of the collaborating team you plan to assemble for this project and include an explanation for the selection of your strategic team members as it relates to the praxis problem to be addressed. You will want to identify a willing coach within the organization who is committed to your success and guidance with the organizational system. This contact/coach should know the organization well, believe in your program, process, or product, and be able to guide and champion your plans. You will need official approval of your strategic plan later in the program; therefore, this individual should be able to assist you in that process. The APA, level three subheading headings below are suggestions. You may have to modify these for your context. This section should be 3-5 pages in length.)
