Critically reflect and synthesise on the leadership role of the childrens nurse in the management of complex and / or long-term health conditions

Demonstrate a deep and systematic understanding of effective communication and decision-making skills in the management of complex situations to co-ordinate care between different professional agencies and services

Appraise and evaluate relevant contemporary child health policy and management of risk to display mastery of managing the care of children and young people

Use a high level of abstraction to critically appraise the evidence base relating to complex therapeutic interventions that can be used to improve the wellbeing of children and young people with complex needs.
