In your paper,

·        Summarize the article, including its main argument(s) and key points.

·        Identify the research methodology and design (for example, qualitative, quantitative, and phenomenological) undertaken or put forth.

·        Evaluate the implications and meaning of the results.

·        Evaluate the research by critiquing its findings. If relevant, state and defend your position on the issue.

·        Explain how the research study could be improved or what you might have done differently and why.

o   Explain how this research contributes to the knowledge base on diversity and groups.

o   Explain how this research relates to what we are learning in class.
