Assessment Deliverable
Create a slide presentation that is at least 10- to 12-slides, in which you highlight best practices in lesson planning. Address the following in your presentation:
- Describe the following components of a lesson plan and how they relate to each other:
- Standards
- Objectives
- Materials
- Instructional strategies
- Formative assessments
- Summative assessments
- Discuss how to use assessment data effectively to inform instruction and evaluate student learning.
- Explain the use of Bloom’s taxonomy or Webb’s depth of knowledge in lesson planning.
- Describe the differences between the understanding by design model and the linear-rational approach to lesson planning.
- Share a minimum of 2 lesson plan formats or templates that you may use for lesson planning. Include a link or a screenshot of each format or template.
Cite peer-reviewed, scholarly or similar references to support your assessment.
Format your citations and references according to APA guidelines.
