the first slide should be a Title Slide (where you introduce yourself and your project);
next will be the Agenda Slide where you give a brief overview of the points to be covered in the presentation (you can use the Table of Contents to help you with that slide);
the third slide should cover the main issue/s with the Current Situation; next will be the Objectives slide;
review the Deliverables for the next slide;
then briefly cover the Costs/ROI;
wind up your report with a Summary (which you can create by looking over your Executive Summary);
after the conclusion of your report, include a Reference slide that will show any researched references you used in the report. Your total presentation time should be between 7 and 10 minutes long. Imagine that you have been asked to present the basic information of your report in front of the decision makers of the company. Directly address them when you introduce yourself and the topic of the presentation. You will turn in that presentation with the audio recording of your presentation along with the slides you create.
