This module covers the explanations about the human behavior in the organizational context. It details the impact of individual, group and organizational factors on human behaviour.

            The module also focuses on understanding the behaviour of the employees working in the organization. It highlights the significance of challenges and opportunities of OB, perception, attribution, learning, organizational change, organizational culture, motivation, leadership, and conflict management.

             

            Title: ‘People’ Challenges resulting from ‘Organizational Change’.

            1. Identify which organisation you are basing your assignment on and explain a transformational change scenario it is facing. (15 Marks)
            2. Critically evaluate how the Change would affect the following for the organisation and employees: (50 marks) (a) Organisational Culture (b) employees productivity (c) Technological advances & AI revolution
            3. Present practical recommendations to enable organisational effectiveness and employee engagement in a mutual benefit manner. (35 marks)
