Assignment Overview
Instructions: Read the three case summaries (below) of real FTC enforcement actions against funeral homes. After reviewing the cases, you will write an analytical report, for each case, outlining how to build ethical business practices to prevent such violations. The report should answer the following questions:
· What specific Funeral Rule provisions were violated?
· What were the consequences for the funeral home(s)?
· How could the funeral home(s) have avoided the violation?
· What ethical failures contributed to the violation?
