Looking ahead, you will be asked to present a sport marketing plan for the final project in this course. For the assignments in Units VII, you will compose an essay in each unit, which will equip you with the information needed to complete and present your final sport marketing plan at the end of the course.
For this unit’s assignment, compose an essay that addresses the components listed below
- Identify and describe an event or organization for which you will build a marketing plan for throughout this course. Specify the mission statement of the business for which the marketing plan will be based.
- Explain the value proposition, including the products or services to be marketed.
Describe projected core products.
Identify possible product extensions. - Determine the primary business sector in which you will operate.
- Describe the experience “touch points” you anticipate with your product/service.
- Describe how you will plan for full integration of your marketing activities.
