Purpose
The goal of the Excel template assignments units 1-4 is to build a working Excel spreadsheet model with built-in formulas and circular references using provided Excel template for Walmart company for 2010-2017, following detailed instructions in the textbook. The chapters of the textbook present a comprehensive guide on how to build spreadsheet models.
IMPORTANT! You will be using the same file for building the financial statements model for units 1-4. By the end of unit 3 you will finalize a complete spreadsheet model with the circular references. During unit 4 you will be building the spreadsheet for the company’s Discounted Cash Flow Analysis using the financial statement model created in units1-3.
Please note that the completed spreadsheet model must contain all required formulas. Typing just the numbers without building in the formulas will produce a grade of zero for the homework since the assignment will be considered as “uncompleted.”
Task
For the Excel template assignment unit 4 you will complete the Excel spreadsheet model for the Discounted Cash Flow Analysis.
