This module will be assessed through an individual report on a case study which you will be provided with in week one. Therefore, please make sure you attend week 1. If you are joining us with late enrolment, please approach the module convener immediately for the case study allocation.
The report will require you to investigate a specified HR challange, using academic and professional literature to support your arguments. Your report will include a plan for operationalizing your recommendations. Your work will be assessed by a subject expert who will use either the marking criteria provided in the section “Instructions for assessment” or the Marking rubric enclosed in the Appendix, as appropriate for this module
