    1. Explain your understanding of why early literacy and language skills are important for the child in the selected scenario.
    2. Explain how one diverse factor from the child scenario might impact the child’s literacy and language development.
    3. Explain and justify one teaching strategy and one learning activity for teaching the child reading.
    4. Explain and justify one teaching strategy and one learning activity for teaching the child writing.
    5. Explain and justify one formative assessment strategy for assessing the child’s reading.
    6. Explain and justify one formative assessment strategy for assessing the child’s writing.
  3. How many references are required?
    1. A minimum of 10 academic references to support the discussion.
